Job Description:

a. Lead daily Operation efforts, Report on progress to Technical Delivery’ Manager and customer.

b. Help Operation Team (Ll ) in resolving technical issues & coordinating with OEM as escalation follow-up for long pending & calls.

c. Co-ordinate with all Teams for follow-up for open tickets & activities such as integration of respective application within timelines as defined by SLA.

d. Do Server patching / hardening & VA/PT on solutions under their preview.

e. Do periodic preventive health check / Version Upgrade for solutions under their preview.

f. Monitor quality and risk related activities on solutions under their preview.

g. Identify and implement best practices / Configurations on solutions under their preview.

h. Responsible for integration with applications and collection of pre-requisites for the same along with help of Ll as per SLA requirements.

i. Monitor quality and risk related activities.

j. Identify and implement best practices during project operations at the customer side.

k. Periodic reporting to Bank on the status, issues/ challenges faced and how these are handled.

l. Changes in existing integrations which are already integrated with G&L.

m. Integration of other additional feasible applications & infrastructure as and when identified by the customer.
