Job Description:
a. Have daily Operation efforts, Server / Solution Dashboard Monitoring, attending user calls, opening tickets etc. and report on progress to Team Leads.
b. Resolving technical issues & lodge tickets with OEM, have follow-up for long pending calls.
c. Co-ordinate with all Teams for follow-up for open tickets & activities.
d. Do Server patching / hardening & VA/PT of solution(s) under their preview.
e. Do periodic preventive health check / Version Upgrade for solution(s) under their preview.
f. Monitor operations for all solutions implemented at the customer end.
g. Help L2 in resolving technical issues & coordinating with OEM as escalation follow up for long pending Tickets & calls.
h. Co-ordinate with all stakeholders along with L2.
i. Changes in existing integrations which are already integrated with G&L.
j. Integration of other additional feasible applications & infrastructure as and when identified by the customer.
