engineer in an enterprise server infrastructure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical knowledge in Windows Server OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Backup Software (Veeam), SFTP, OS &amp; Application Patching<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>preferred knowledge in Virtualization (Nutanix), NAS storage and Azure Cloud technologies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good Vendor, Peer Management skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>University Degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;Engineer Responsibilities \/ Deliverables<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitor Server and Storage performance based on Utilization and Availability using Monitoring tool<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act upon pre-configured threshold breach with respect to Utilization and Availability of server components and remediate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure 100% Server uptime for end users<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute periodic Maintained activity to minimize Server downtime<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute planned changes to server infrastructure to enhance server performance \/ security posture through Change Management process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain Server Infra Inventory and configuration as per standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide Level-1 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Server Device Asset Management (Asset Inventory, Support Contract, Vendor Escalation Matrix)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configure and install various Server devices and services (e.g., Windows OS, IIS, SQL Database, Backup Software, NAS Storage, Nutanix, etc)\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform server maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and Preform Configuration backups of Critical applications devices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute server DR testing and per defined DR Policy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the server infrastructure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem
