Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are looking for a Remote Infrastructure Engineer \u2013 L1 (Fresher) to support day-to-day IT infrastructure operations. The role involves monitoring servers and network devices, handling alerts, providing first-level support, ticket management, and escalation as per SLA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roles & Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Perform 24×7 infrastructure monitoring using monitoring tools (servers, network, storage).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Identify, analyze, and respond to alerts and incidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Provide Level 1 support for infrastructure-related issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Log, update, and track incidents and service requests in ticketing tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Perform basic troubleshooting for Windows\/Linux servers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Coordinate with L2\/L3 teams and OEMs for escalations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Follow SOPs, runbooks, and escalation matrices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Maintain shift handover documents and daily status reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
