Ensure that the Service Desk is an excellent deliverer of Customer Service&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b. Ensure that the call logging system is fit for purpose and is used effectively and efficiently by the team&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c.&nbsp;Be responsible for&nbsp;the operational management of call assignments within the Service Desk team&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d. Undertake a weekly review of the First Line Service Desk call queues&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Language skills: Fluent English (written and spoken)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ability to understand the business objectives\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have a good understanding of the organization and their infrastructure\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ITIL Certification. Strong Knowledge especially on Service Desk, Incident, Problem, and Change Management\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with ServiceNow\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reviews metrics daily\u00a0identifying\u00a0trends in the environment.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troubleshooting experience with the following:\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Windows Operating systems\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Active Directory\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O365 Suite Applications\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VPN (Pulse Secure,\u00a0Anyconnect\u00a0Etc)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SAP\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VDI\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge\u00a0on\u00a0endpoint management suites like SCCM, Desktop Central)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JOB\u00a0Description :\u00a0 IT Service Desk Engineer&nbsp; Day to day\u00a0management of the First Line Service Desk function:\u00a0 a.
