IT Helpdesk Coordinator 

  • Prepare daily attendance for all site and mail to corporate office.  
  • Prepare DCR (Daily Call Report) for all site and mail to corporate office.  
  • Engineer shift roster has to make based on call / project requirement and engineer training.  
  • Assign floor to engineers.  
  • Assign, Monitor and complete H/W call tickets, mail tickets and oral requests.  
  • Verify and close completed H/W call tickets and mail tickets. (Sometimes we have requested to do telephone verification).  
  • Provide technical support to engineers.  
  • Daily Repeat call report to be prepare.  
  • Daily more than one hour call report to be prepare.  
  • Project planning and follow up until complete.  
  • Prepare monthly consolidated report.  
  • Prepare monthly review meeting PPT.  
  • Asset inventories have to maintain.  
  • MS Office Knowledge (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, V Lookup, H Look up, Pivot table).  
  • People management.
